We make gear that we want to wear ourselves and hope you will as well. That’s why, as a premium brand dedicated to providing high value technical product and after-sale customer support, we trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely stoked, our return and warranty options will get you taken care of and back out on the trail!

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If for any reason your Ride Concepts product arrives with a workmanship or material flaw, please give us a holler. We want to make it right for you so you can get back out on the trail! This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and is extended to the original purchaser only. Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer or RideConcepts.com. Warranty does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, inadequate fit, modifications or improper repairs, or if used in a manner other than intended. Upon receipt of your return, a product specialist / technician will examine the product and determine if a replacement of comparable style and size is warranted. Ride Concepts reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. Ride Concepts will cover shipping costs for products with manufacturing defects.

If you believe your product contains a workmanship or material flaw, and would like to submit a warranty claim, please complete the RMA in our Returns page. Be sure to upload photos for speedy processing of your claim.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you change your mind or the size doesn’t fit, we‘ve got you covered! Ride Concepts will honor returns for up to 30 days from the time you receive your product. Products must remain in mint condition and in its original packaging or the return request may be denied. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of the same product. If the original colorway is out of stock, please note an alternative color you would like in your RMA form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please fill out the form below to start the return process.

Customers should return the product to the original dealer where it was purchased. If the dealer cannot issue the desired replacement, please contact Customer Service at returns@rideconcepts.com. Ride Concepts can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from RideConcepts.com.

Please complete RMA form below.

Place product in original box in a shipping box to maintain original condition. If you do not have the original box, please let us know in your RMA form. For warranty returns, any box will do.

When your request is approved, please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.

Use the prepaid UPS/FedEx return shipping label to send back products. Send within 2 weeks of filing the RMA. Failure to use provided shipping label will cause delays in your refund/exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected by Ride Concepts’ Return Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment right away. Please note, some banks can take 7-10 business days for funds to be credited.
