Warranty Policy

It is the culmination of our collective lifetimes of experience, and Ride Concepts represents a fresh direction in a category that could use a shakeup. We make gear that we want to wear ourselves and hope you will as well. That’s why, as a premium brand dedicated to providing high value technical product and after-sale customer support, we trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely stoked, our return, exchange and warranty options will get you taken care of and back out on the trail!

Warranty Claims

If for any reason your Ride Concepts product arrives with a workmanship or material flaw, please give us a holler. We want to make it right for you so you can get back out on the trail! This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and is extended to the original purchaser only. Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer or RideConcepts.com. Warranty does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, inadequate fit, modifications or improper repairs, or if used in a manner other than intended. Upon receipt of your return, a product specialist / technician will examine the product and determine if a replacement of comparable style and size is warranted. Ride Concepts reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. Ride Concepts will cover return shipping costs for products with manufacturing defects.

Please note, if your return is received and inspected by Ride Concepts’ Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit
card company or banking institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
