Theyve been great, bottom was a little harder than i expected but after a run or two they softened great and stuck to the pedals, the fit compared to my previous shoe the 5 10, was a little larger, but i dont think enough to warrant a half size down

Solid Mountain Bike Shoes
These are reliable flat-pedal shoes that provide a strong, secure connection to your pedals. They're stiff enough for efficient pedaling without being overly rigid, and flexible enough to walk comfortably when needed, such as during hike-a-bike sections or after a ride.One minor drawback: the tongue is attached rather than separate, which makes it a bit harder to loosen the laces sufficiently for easy entry. Combined with a fit that runs slightly small, getting them on can feel snug. Once they're on, however, they fit well—just consider sizing up half a size if you're between sizes or have wider feet.Overall, a dependable shoe that performs well on the trail.
