At Ride Concepts, our gear is built on countless hours of
riding, design, and passion. We’re proud of what we make and want you to be
stoked with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help —
and get you back out on the trail.
Returns/Exchanges
Not stoked? No problem.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving
your order, but we ask that items be returned in new, unused condition
with:
- Tags still attached
- No debris on bottoms or inside the shoes
- Decals still covering cleat boxes (if
applicable) - Original shoe box and internal paper wrapping
intact
If returned items are missing any of these components or
show signs of wear, a 15% restocking fee may apply, or we may return the
shoes to you at your expense, so please help us keep things clean.
Please note:
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Be sure to write the provided RA number on the outside
of your shipping box (not on the shoe box) - Items with “Final Sale” are not
eligible for return

EXCHANGES
Due to the high demand for our products, the fastest way to
exchange an item is to place a new order right away for the product you
want. Then, follow our return process for the original item and we’ll refund
you once it arrives and is inspected.
PURCHASES FROM AUTHORIZED DEALERS
If you purchased from a Ride Concepts dealer, please contact
them directly for returns or exchanges. If they’re unable to help, feel free to
reach out to us at shop-ca@rideconcepts.com. Please note we can only issue
refunds for products purchased directly from RideConcepts.com.
