Product Performance
Different terrain and riding styles can benefit from specific shoe features. Grip, protection, weight, and breathability are all factors that can affect your on-bike experience.
Level 4 Flex provides a strong power transfer to the pedal, support for long descents, and enough compliance for a secure pedal connection while offering a small amount of trail feedback.
Our medium volume last can accommodate a vast range of foot shapes, but an average volume foot will be most comfortable. Larger feet will be comfortable sizing a half-size up.
Like other reviews, the shoe fits very tight around the toes. Especially at first. I loosened the laces and that helped, but the shape is still too narrow and tight like a rock climbing shoe or maybe not for a male foot. Don't know. It's fairly painful to ride in, but I'm willing to give them a break in period before I make a final decision. Thst just first impressions after a full day trying them out
Great shoes, I have narrow flat size 10 feet and your size 10M fit perfectly. Love that they arrived in my mail box 3 days after I ordered them.
The sole is firm without being hard providing a solid foundation for your feet . My peddling foot position varies over the course of a long ride and the firm soles provide a stable platform whether I'm peddling from the balls of my feet, the arches or somewhere in between.
The toe box is large enough to allow my toes to spread over the course of a ride without feeling sloppy.
I tried a pair of ride concepts Men’s Tallac.
Sad is they were horrible I bought a larger size and my toes hurt like heck, plus I kept slipping off flat pedal. worst thing is I’m stuck with shoes that will not work as they will not take them back. donot buy them..
Hi Gary, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Tallac shoes. I have authorized a larger pair or another model for you to give a try and see if it is just that shoe that didn't fit you as perfect as you would have liked. The 24 Tallac does run tighter than then the current model. We can't accept your shoe back as they have been ridden in. We still would like to get you taken care of though. Thank you.
